Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. We make returns easy.
⏰ Return Window: 14 Days
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
✅ Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not damaged by customer misuse or mishandling
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used beauty tools and skincare devices (hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
📋 How to Return
- Email shop@coupondeals.co.za with subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
- Include your reason for return and photos if applicable
- We will confirm your return request within 24 business hours
- Ship the item back at your cost to our returns address (provided on confirmation)
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
💳 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- PayFast payments: Refunded to your card or account via PayFast
- EFT payments: Refunded directly to your bank account (please provide bank details)
- WhatsApp payments: Refunded via EFT to your bank account
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for wrong size or wrong colour, subject to stock availability. Please email us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. Return shipping is at your cost; we cover the shipping of the exchanged item.
📸 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Your order number
We will replace or fully refund damaged/wrong items immediately at no cost to you.
